Happy 2015 to our team!
This project is a card that I wanted to create to wish a happy new year to the Web Platform and Authoring team at Adobe (WebPA for shorts). It has been a year with a lot of changes for our team, and a lot of great projects that came out, such as Brackets 1.0, Photoshop Extract, multiple updates to Dreamweaver and Edge Animate and a lot of progress by the Web Platform team (ever wanted blend modes on the web? We are working on it!).
Thinking about it, confettis seemed to be appropriate to celebrate a great year!

How was this created?
The scene was modeled in Cinema 4D, using an isometric camera. The font I used is called QUB. I extruded the text and manipulated the volumes just a bit for legibility.
The confetti are flying around thanks to the X-Particles plugin for C4D.
The final compositing and color adjustments are done in Photoshop.
The textures for the floor and the typography comes from Subttle Patterns: Swirl, and 45 degree fabric.
